My mantra has always been "WHATEVER"

So much more lately than ever before because I am experiencing so many fluctuations in my PD. The reality is there is no predictability as to how any day may go......sleep, walking, stiffness, anxiety.....steadiness, balance, mood, aches....

Therefore the new norm is NO NORM, whatever is happening THAT DAY, THAT MOMENT, deal with  it as best as I can.

Fios, Epson, Apple, all things electronic
Patience, breathing

So here is what I find useful :

bird and squirrel feeding

  1. Great use of stale bagels!! I had a little trouble last week maintaining my usually high level of optimism. Like my wonderful friend, Diane Tunis, I thought, "Well whatever I can do will be enough." Enough is my mantra. My release is digging in dirt, pulling weeds, feeding the stray cat that has adopted us and now sleeps on a heating pad on an old dog bed on the back porch. (Not litter box trained). I also love my yoga practice, walking my good dog, not the one who cannot be leash trained, and planning my next visit to see grandsons.
