There is a little trail off Tildenwood Lane  that passes by an old structure. I don't know what it was or is but I think its , but very picturesque. A little creek is nearby. Yesterday I went there just to  calm down (stressful day) and breathe and what I saw was that a huge dead tree had fallen on top with strewn branches everywhere. AND then it hit me (not the tree).....I had a pretty calm week and then a storm (metaphorically) came and I felt buried under the limbs and branches and twigs. The storm of course is PD. Not the physical manifestations of PD but the anxieties. I spent most of Friday on the phone with Medicare, Drs., Workmans comp, and insurance companies. Issues with my car, bird feeders, plans made and changed, and OF COURSE today Saturday I will attend an all day PD symposium in Va.
This is a major WHATEVER day for me. Get over 'it'. I can still talk and walk and drive . And write.

  1. That's one of the many reasons we are friends. Life can knock us back or down, but we always get back up! Can't wait to hear about your conference.
